Questions and Answers
How does ordering an ice cream box work?
Choose size, flavours, and pickup time, and pay online. We pack your box as soon as the order comes in, so it’s ready when you arrive. Go to the window at the side of the ice cream house and skip the queue.
How many flavours can I choose?
Up to 3 flavours in 0.75 litres, 4 in 1 litre, 5 in 1.5 litres and 6 in 2 litres.75 and 1 liter, 4 in 1.5 liters, and 5 in 2 liters. Or let us choose the best of the day for you.
How much does it cost to rent the ice cream van?
DKK 9,000 for up to 150 guests, including ice cream, toppings, cups, cones, spoons, staff for 2 hours, and delivery within 10 km. Thereafter, DKK 60 per guest.
When does the ice cream container need to be returned?
As a rule, cleaned the same day or by 9:00 am the next day – especially at weekends in high season – unless otherwise agreed. Free cancellation up to 7 days before – after that you get 50% back.
Do you have any dairy-free ice cream?
Our sorbets are made with fruit. Ask at the counter or contact us if you have an allergy – we will help you make the right choice.
