Delivery terms

We do not deliver – everything is picked up at Uganda Is, Ugandavej 3, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark.

Ice cream boxes

You choose the day and time when you order – at the earliest 2 hours and at the latest 30 days ahead, within our opening hours. We pack your box in good time, so it is ready when you arrive. Go to the window at the side of the ice cream house, skip the queue and show your order number.

Ice cream cakes

Ice cream cakes must be ordered at least 3 days and at most 30 days before pickup. Around Christmas and New Year the deadline may be longer, and we may close for orders when we are fully booked. The deadline and possible pickup days are always shown on the product page.

Ice cream freezer

The freezer must be booked at least 7 days in advance. You pick it up on the chosen date in the time slot you select when ordering (from 10 am). It must be returned clean by 9 am the following day, unless otherwise agreed. The full rental is paid when you book – there is no deposit. See our terms and conditions.

If you do not pick up

Orders that are not picked up are kept in the freezer for 2 days. Contact us and we will agree on a new time. After that, we give the ice cream away, and the amount is not refunded.

Storage

Put the ice cream in the freezer as soon as possible after pickup. We recommend a cool bag if you have more than 40 minutes of travel.
