Homemade ice cream cake from the farm on Ugandavej – serves 12–16. Choose one of our five favourites, or build your own with three of your favourite flavours.
The hazelnut cake is topped with chocolate ganache and chopped nuts.
IS À LA MANDE is made with cherry ice cream and almond ice cream with a hint of vanilla – with cherry sauce and almond flakes. If you would like a whole almond hidden in the cake, you can choose it for free.
